Property not to be transferred in double shifts

(1) No one shall transfer property already transferred to one person to another person.
(2) If someone transfers property contrary to sub-section (1), if immovable property is transferred, the deed that has passed registration first will get legal recognition and if movable property is transferred, the transfer will be valid to the person who receives the property first.
